广东中考话题复习备考重磅分享(话题13 卫生与健康)--容外皮凌凌

“3A课堂·英语名师直播系列公益课”是广东省教育研究院为落实省政府关于加快信息化教学促进区域教育均衡发展的指导精神,持续促进教育优质公平发展而开展的公益活动。为巩固我区英语学科与信息化深度融合成果,利用好省级资源加强我区英语老师教研学习与提升,让城乡学生同听一堂课,共享优质教学资源,从去年9月17日开始,佛山市顺德区教育发展中心初中英语教研员杜晓曦老师团队参与广东省教育研究院开展的2020-2021学年“3A课堂·英语名师直播系列公益课”活动。

“3A课堂·英语名师直播系列公益课”由省英语学科教研员老师组织全省中小学教研专家、各名师工作室基于人教版英语教学大纲精心打造,课程内容覆盖三至九年级,紧跟教学进度,每个年级每周一次示范课,师生们可持续获得名校名师的点拨,共享优质教育资源。

近日, 顺德初中英语微信公众号将陆续为你分享此次名师直播系列公益课中的14个优秀话题课例, 此外我们将继续征集剩余11个话题课例并全文分享交流,助力深度、精准备考。

个人简介


皮凌凌,中学英语一级教师,现任教于佛山市顺德区容桂外国语学校。2019年广东省佛山市顺德区青年教师教学能力大赛中获一等奖。撰写论文《模块复习单元教学中重构情境巩固话题学习》在顺德区教育学会2019年度学科教学论文评比中获一等奖。在镇、校都曾获“优秀教师”和“骨干教师”等称号。

在英语教学中,关注学生的身心健康,注重学生的长期发展,积极参与英语教学教法研究,辅导学生在各项比赛中取得优异成绩。

课 题:外研版,九年级,话题十三 卫生和健康

课 型:话题复习课

教学时间:30分钟


教学内容分析

本话题是七年级到九年级逐渐涉及到的内容,主要围绕均衡饮食和运动健康等生活习惯为题材开展的。在日常生活中与我们密切相关,如何形成健康的饮食和生活习惯便是教学大纲要求掌握的重要语言功能项目之一。本课是进一步巩固和运用有关Hygiene and health的重要语言知识和技能,并且帮助学生确立健康的饮食和生活习惯。


学情分析

初三已经进入复习阶段,学生在过去的两年半中已学过“健康”各模块,但对有关此话题下的词汇和功能句还处于零散记忆状态,甚至遗忘许多。此时需要学生以话题为主线,细化话题下的各子项,重温教材,采用分类法、归纳法和思维发散法,分类归纳相关词句。在复习过程中,要充分发挥学生的主体作用,采用个人自学和小组合作相结合的方式,共同完成学习任务。


九年级的学生正处于青春发育期,他们都有较高的求知欲和表现欲,特别是他们熟悉的话题,学生的兴趣会更浓,本话题正符合学生的这一心理特征,所以要尽量设计各种任务型的课堂活动让学生人人都能参与活动,增强他们的英语学习积极性和学习自信心。


教学目标

1. Review words, phrases and sentences related to this topic.

2. Learn to use five steps of writing to improve writing skills.

3. Raise our awareness of keeping healthy.


教学过程

一、热身

1. 在10秒内,说出图片里的中文所对应的有关健康的英语单词。

2. 选词填空,完成一段短文(复习名词),并引入话题 how to keep healthy.

What is the most important thing in the world? Success, money, power or knowledge? Of course not. Actually, ______ is the most important ! If you can’t sleep well, it’s easy for you to have a ________; If you eat too much sweet food, you’re going to have a _________. When you have a high ______, you should take your temperature, go to see a _______ and take some ________. Some illnesses can make people die, like cancer and COVID-19.

So everybody wants to be healthy. But do you know how to keep healthy?


二、观看视频,根据图片提示填写单词(复习形容词、副词)。


三、提出健康“三步”走来保持健康

Step 1 keep a balanced diet

1)通过比较两个不同体型的女士提出健康饮食,并分门别类写出所知道的健康饮食和不健康饮食。

2)阅读理解

Healthy eating tips for busy students 进行相关话题阅读并归纳总结阅读技巧:Tips:

a. Go through the passage to get the main idea.

b. Read all the questions carefully and pay attention to the key words.

c. Read the passage with the questions. Underline the answers for each question.

3)用所给的句型和单词造句,给May提出一些有关饮食的建议,复习提建议的部分句型。

1)听录音,回答问题。通过对比两个男孩的运动习惯引出健康第二步。

2)我运动,我健康(复习动词)说出熟知的运动。

1)观看视频,引出三个好习惯

Healthy eating tips for busy students

As a student, you are often under a lot of stress. You may find it difficult to avoid bad habits. But having a healthy diet can help you feel better. It really isn' t that hard to start eating healthily.


Eat a good breakfast. Studies show that skipping breakfast is bad for students' study. When there isn' t time for you to sit down and enjoy your morning meal, you can have some eggs, fruit and some juice on your way.


Keep healthy snacks on hand. This way, if you are hungry during a late night or the break between classes, you can enjoy them at any time.


Eat plenty of foods rich in calcium. Students in their young age need to build up their bodies with much calcium. If you don't like milk, try to prepare some low-fat yogurt cheese and green leafy vegetables in your diet.


Limit your sugar intake. Sugar provides calories for your body. But too much is bad for your teeth. So put a little sugar in your coffee, tea, or milk every day.


Drink lots of water. Your body needs at least eight glasses of water a day. And if you often exercise, you may need more. To remind yourself, carry a water bottle along to the classroom and keep it handy (方便的) during a late study night.


Enjoy your food. When you have food, please keep happy. Every time, please enjoy it!
